Apprenticeships & Traineeships
Apprenticeships are a great way to learn on the job, building up knowledge and skills, gaining qualifications and earning money at the same time.
Apprentices earn a wage and work alongside experienced staff to gain job-specific skills for at least 30 hours a week. There are different levels of Apprenticeships which all offer different qualifications and skills, to people at various stages along their education and career path.

Applying for an Apprenticeship
Most apprenticeships will be listed on the Apprenticeship website where you can register and set up alerts.
However, not all apprenticeships are listed there. Here are other suggestions of finding an apprenticeship from Career Pilot.

Traineeships
These are designed to prepare students for a future career, by helping them to get ready for the world of work and improving their chances of getting an Apprenticeship or other job. They last anything from six weeks to a maximum of six months.
